If there is going to be a delay, happens 2-3 times a month, please inform us about it on the terminal or in Q. The customer will log in to Q to check, won't he ? There is a provision for "Alerts". I don't remember ever receiving an alert.
Anyway, delayed files from the exchange shouldn't cause problems with phone response, should they ?
