Hi All,

Zerodha migrated me to ZT. Can anybody please tell me how to add NSE and NFO exchanges in it. Under Exchange it is showing MCX only.

On the Zerodha website, the brokerage for options is given as "0.01% or Rs. 20/Trade whichever is lower", same as that of Futures.
On the calculator (website and the standalone excel sheet) the futures calculation is correct and changes depending on the turnover.
But for options, there seems to be no calculation for the Brokerage field, Rs.40 is applied by default.
Is this a mistake, or is there some other logic behind this?

On options it is 0.01% or Rs 20 of the contract turnover and not on premium turnover.. So if you trade 1 lot of mininifty options, it has to be less than Rs 20..

That said, I just checked the brok calculator and realized that it is not considering this condition.. Will have this fixed.. Thanks for this..

Don't think it is happening by diwali.. 700 new member applications to be processed by SEBI!! hmm.. I think will be only December or Jan before it happens.. They might enable a couple of members and put some token trades though, everyone in this business is superstitious.. ..

No Pics presently, but I'd say in line with the best in the country.. The tablet version that I have personally used, for me is the best I have seen in India yet..

What is a cover order?

Entry type : - Market? or can be SL-M, SL-Limit ? (pls explain this, if SL-entry is permitted)
Exit : SL-M , ( has to be defined while position is taken), this is fine, but if one wants to raise the SL (in case of longs) and lower the SL in case of shorts? Is is possible?

Also in my ZT Shift + F1 is not working.

Also when I am starting the SPAN plugin, it is saying plugin is not registered with NEST, I have logged in to NEST plus.

Can all the users of zerodha let me know your impressions on their service, especially how is their terminal(software) compared to others, is this fast, slow in executing orders? & real time updates?, I'm mainly concerned about the terminal software, I was already contacted by zerodha regarding rates & all but want to know the opinion of normal users before using them. I'm already using IIFL but disappointed with their customer service.
