have a open position in CRUDEOIL;

Short position got executed while my square off order did not. Trying to cancel the order - the status has been showing cancel pending for the last 15 minutes !!!

a) cancel is not working
b) Cancel all is also not working. Error says "cancel is pending"
c) reconcile too has not had any effect
d) log off login has not helped.

NO ONE IS PICKING UP PHONE FOR THE LAST 20 MINUTES.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR ANY LOSS?????

probably server issue... But not a single person frm Zerodha office is picking up phone...Not EVEN A ASSURANCE....that someone is looking into the matter...

someone did pick up the phone right now [after 40 mins] and confirmed that MCX server are having issues.

This was hell of an experience. I've been frantically trying to call zerodha, NO one picks up for 40 mins !!!

this is not good support. Even RK does better than you;

Still not sure, what happens to profit/loss due to server issue !

got a reply mail from zerodha that they had reported the issue to exchange (orders not getting cancelled at the exchange level itself) and hoping a resolution soon.

Is there a way to disconnect from Ztrader and then reconnect? w/o login an logoff? to just switch off the internet for ZT?

Reason iam asking is because i trade the 15m and 30m candles and the charting is from Trade tiger. And i trade Commodities!

I just wish to have ZT connected for order entry only.

this will save me bandwidth. And the trouble of logging in, answering the security questions, order entry and then tran password.

you could try keeping the minimum no. of scrips in market watch.
best would be to close all the market watch windows and the index dialog. this way you may save some bandwidth on the RT quotes but still a minimal bandwidth will be utilized for the heartbeat/connectivity with the server per second or even less

Zerodha not responding to the phone calls..

same problem which am got some days before.....many of zerodha guys not know what it is?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...so contact some one well in technical of zerodha ....its problem in their server...
