don't even feel like giving feedback or engaging with Zd team on these issues,

they seem hell bent on proving "Sasta Roye Bar Bar"
We had enabled the feature on ZT to auto login to all nest plus plugins, the charting, the span calculator, the option calculator.. Over the weekend, we added more servers and all the settings on the servers were reset.. The auto login was not set, but is working now, logout and log back in and you are auto logged into nest plus..

What i'd suggest is, even if you are able to auto login, it is best to have a registered nest plus id, so you can login manually if any such issue happens again, to know how to register for a NEST plus id click on: http://www.zerodha.com/connect/blog/2012/10/nest-plus-registration

This is plain rubbish.

Why do you engage in maintenance jobs without alerting us in advance?
Megapixel reported this problem yesterday itself, and i have sent a mail
and called up twice in the morning. Your own people dont know that there
was a problem.

We are simply wasting our time with you and with your ways.

@murthy, parttime, being auto logged into Nest plus is not something that happens by default.. The standard process is to login to Nest and then login into Plus.. Autologin to Plus is something that we had gotten enabled..
For us the most important priority was to over the weekend ensure that the issue which caused the 1hr login issue on tuesday to be fixed for good..
So as I have suggested earlier, create your own nest plus id, it is completely free, so that the next time if you ever have an issue, login to that so you can view the charts..

2. I have a separate Plus ID, and have been trying to log in with that ID, to
no avail. It was only after your system message that I was able to log into
Plus.

What are your specific answers for both the above questions?

I think we are just wasting our time giving any feedback to Z team :(

It seems from their above reply, when they are giving some so called extra facility (auto login to plus) they don't want to accept any responsibility for its failure/ unavailability

They have started sounding more and more like RKG customer care

Hey Murthy,

About notifying, it is a continuous process and because we are planning on a lot of new launches, you can safely assume there will be some work being done every weekend and is not practical/viable to share these details with our clients.

I was personally able to login using my plus id, what was the error you got while trying to login with your plus id??
