In Backoffice, it is cumbersome to view BSE-EQ contract notes. We have to give Settlement No. On Clicking "Help on Settlement No."......."No Records Found".

On the other hand NSE-EQ system is very easy. Just select from date and to date and file type.

Please improve BSE-EQ backoffice contract note and make it same as NSE-EQ contract note.

While the buy/sell is in integer units, the dividend allocated monthly has fractional units. Thus the holding would have a decimal part in it.

How to log in zerodha through web ?
i typed www.zerodha.com. in the front page clicked trade log in .
the next page appear
(https://trade.zerodha.com/
) asking user name alone. once submit it giving error cannot log in ...

use trade.zerodha.com if you have been migrated to ZT. Else use nowonline.in

I've made payment of rs.200 to ILFS for the goof up on their part.

Their email says "due to technical error, the first cheque AMC rs.200 was not deposited and now the cheque is outdated".....

I called up ILFS bangalore and spoke to Srihari. He said this has happened with a lot of customers and that NO penaltiy or Interest shall be charged.

I've forwarded the ILFS email to you.

PLEASE PLEASE pull up ILFS for such sloppy work. I have a lot of shares in my demat account and are being held for long term.

You come with your DP whenever you want, but the people you are doing business with should not make such silly mistakes....

You have been reminded again and again about their billing method. Most members are confused whether to pay the bill or not....AND now this confusion.

there has to be some professional standard maintained.

And lastly DO not raise your hands and say " don't blame me....its those guys"

well. those guys are answerable to you. And YOU are answerable to your customer...ME!

Hi, I have doubt about Zerodha brokerage calc. in options. What is the buy and sell price to be entered? and what quantity? Suppose i buy HDIL CE 120 at 2.40 what is the quantity and buy and sell rate to be entered?

how much money i need in my a/c for the above transaction. Can i trade options like normal share? short selling etc...

Seniors/Zerodha kindly help.

Zerodha dosnt give a damn about Delivery traders they have written it politely but this community fails to understand :clap:

I have seen 10 different post about people complaining about this issue on the forum but not much is done now this is not a margin issue

They are very good in only in those things where they have majority clients pressing 20 rs button 20 :clapping: times a day a delivery trader will usually not do it
other wise they are worst then your regular lethargic broker

Talking of algos, is there a chance of Trailing Stop Loss being made available to the small user ?

Trailing stops for a regular trader especially for a f&O trader, doesn't seem in the near future..

Why Zerodha doesn't send EOD ledger balance by sms/email. Majority of the brokers send sms.
Is this not mandatory?

Margin statements/ contract notes are sent every evening.. The SMS has been stopped after the recent hike in the TRAI fees for SMS.. But if you intend to opt for SMS, you can login to backoffice and enable this Rs 1/day for equity/f&o/Currency and Rs 1 for commodities... I don't think you need an SMS anymore as exchanges themselves have started sending this out now..
