Called up support... seems they have changed some IP addresses - I guess mailserver IP. Said that it will take a few days to fix the issue....

But they also said that they are sending the contract notes. Did any one receive emailed contract notes this week?

Not receiving contract notes as well.

Zerodha had mentioned mail server changes a couple of weeks back when contract notes were not received for 3 days. In any case, an IP change takes max 6 hours to propagate; definitely not multiple days.

I am receiving my contract notes and even the margin file..and ofcourse, NSE margin file as well...I am not sure why one customer gets it and other doesn't...weird !!

I received yesterday's contract a few minutes ago. Ok. The margin file has not been there for many days now. Earlier I used to receive the margin file even when I didn't have any outstanding positions .

Why restriction on total number of scripsin watch lists? At present
I am able to watch 55 scrips.Such restriction was not there in NOW,
because I remember one list contained all Nifty stocks, apart from other Scrips
in other watch lists.

That's great news, if I am getting a better alternative to trade on mobile....The app is really bad!!! Please tell is when is it expect to launch....I am eagerly waiting for i3 already and now it html5 as well....specifically because I want something better for trading through Mobile....

Yes, it will be great if there is an alternative for the Ztrader mobile app.
Even if the HTML5 site turns out to be great to use on a desktop/laptop, I doubt it would be the same on a mobile phone. Since it would be basically designed for a big screen, I guess the usability would not be as good as a mobile app which would be optimized for touch.

not getting since migrated to ZT (mid december approx). Finally i had to lodge complaint with SEBI as Zerodha has denied to provide CNs through email.
