Hi Zerodha,

Regarding usage of Trade Xpress .

i open trade.zerodha.com and click on trade Xpress.
i will get a pop of message box "java is not installed you will be directed to the java website" and i did the java installation.(infact i did couple of more times).

the problem is i always getting this pop-up box when i click for trade Xpress.
when i click ok then it will take to java.com website for installation.

pls help me fix this problem.

its working with Google crome but IE its giving problem.

IMO you are using Google Chrome as your default browser and not IE.
If Trade Xpress runs in IE then change your default browser as IE and then install Java again, not sure but I think your problem will get solved.

Every monday there is problem in Nest chart...showing user id not regeistered with NEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!IMO every monday its happening when we contact you replay was always same it will be ok in 1/2 hour....why this problem coming first day of every week????????????sure its problem with your side.....

Please enlighten about the current status of MCX-SX. I had sent documents for its activation around a week ago. It was duly acknowledged by your employee. But there is no activation yet. There is no information on zerodha connect also.

Same here, Atleast you got an acknowledgement, I received none. My suggestion to Zerodha, please try to confirm having received the documents through mail or sms instead of clients reminding about it again and again.

After having an account with you for more than a year, I found that there is a big mistake in my profile. My PAN is entered wrongly. My PAN begins with AFLPPxxxxx, whereas it is entered in my profile as ALFPPxxxxx.

How can this be rectified ?

yes, change the setting for required segment in "user settings"....
