There is no Margin Statement for MCX.
Can you tell me where u found this option??

follow these steps ...

after login ..go to My Accounts > Client Margin Report.

select Exchange as MCX.....select Date as previous date.

click Report.

you'll get the error.

It is live for a few already from friday, but we are doing a bulk enablement today for all our clients who had send us a request to enable mcx-sx...

boss, bugs-free mobile trading platform is still not launched!!!! I know html5 is an option for mobile trading....html5 is very good for PC...but for mobile...nothing can beat an App.....Dont know if you have seen kotak app, it is much better...plus they have also introduced fund transfer through this app now......please let us know when will the bugs-free app be launched??? 4-5-6 weeks are over now...

Atom Tech has its own app for fund transfer etc...about a year back I had given a feedback that fund transfer through Atom app should be possible...I was told that it was a good idea and you will look into it....Fund transfer through Mobile is the need for the hour....As you may be knowing IMPS can also now be used for paying merchants, there should definitely be some way out for this...

Zerodha you earlier told us that MCX-SX trades will be brokerage free upto the end of March. But you are enabling it today. So Just 2 trading sessions this month is left.

Anyway liquidity in MCX-SX is extremely low. So no issue

Hi Zerodha, there are some technical glitches still occuring on online site. Once u do a trade from "Trade Xpress" and then say look at Tradebook u dont get updated trades listed there until u close trade xpress and open the Tab Again. And same happens for order book , etc too.

I request u to plz give ur technical team to test the whole implementations thru some REAL account(in the name of technical team or Zerodha) where they can make actual trades on say just 1 or 2 lots of FNO so that they can actually see what bugs a user mite be facing.
I always feel there is a lot of difference between demo and real accounts. So plz consider my above suggestion and i m sure zerodha will shoot up the ladder in terms of customer satisfaction.
