dear zerodha,when calling your office the response in your answering machine, the sound is too low as nothing is audible that too with the background music makes the things worse.please change the voice.any other users have the same problem?

Yes this is true, the voice is very low and a bit unclear also, However not a big problem.

Hi Fellow Traders,

I need some help . I'm looking for a Portfolio management software. I have checked couple of them in the internet but have not found yet the desired one.


I don't see Zerodha will to provide such tool ....so looking for such tool.


My Requirement is :

1. Portfolio Management - Add/Remove Future scrip , Add/Remove Option scrip , Add/Remove Commodity scrip
2. F&O scrip data to be updated in real time in Portfolio.
3. Portfolio net worth alert by email or by sms
4. Multiple portfolio creation


Can anyone please tell where I may find this facility ?

Does Sharekhan provide such facility ? anyone please who has Sharekhan a/c check and confirm ?

thats fine...but are you thinking if a scrip is open = low ...will it come down ?

in user settings - general, u will find the reference of the time to be displayed in ur market watch. check that option and u will get the time settings in ur market watch

I got it ...

I guess I just need to select NFO here instead of ALL as selected Exchange pull down when trading with NSE F&O......this looks ok.

there is no need of sync PC with NSE server now ....I'll get the NSE market opening time in the terminal itself.

you know I got few order rejections because of market opening timing issue.

What I had done long back is I tracked Open=Low and Open=High for few days and found that few scrips regularly show such behavior.But of course no commitment from them that they would not change behavior

The volume shown in such scrips was also low.

How much up any stock would move is also not guaranteed.But you can use daily range , check probability and enter/exit accordingly.

I also would exit partial to secure profit ...

assuming you are saying ...

if open =previous days high , then go long
and
if open =previous days low , then go short

I have the excel sheet of intraday margins given on equity stocks.

Suppose , A stock is having max of 9 times margin. I want only two times margin. How do I select that in zerodha?
