There is no user guide / documentation available elsewhere.

Hi Zerodha,

Your Commodity server is down is suppose. Neither it is accepting any AMO (after market Orders) nor it is showing me my open positions. My GTC order is stranded as server down (screen shot attached below:

Due to a technical glitch, you will be allowed to trade on both product types MIS and NRML on the NOW trading platform.

All the previously held position will be showing under product type as MIS, please ensure that you use MIS to exit such positions.

All new positions can be taken using the product type as NRML, like you normally do.

Around 9am we will be running BOD, beginning of day process for commodities.. At that time you will not be able to do anything in terms of placing AMO etc, this will be a 15 minute window when we would be doing this process..

What if i want to carry forward my position today?(Please note that i have 2 NRML open positions from last friday)..All myexisiting positions show as MIS..so, does that mean it will get automatically cancelled after 3 PM?..kindly respond as it is urgent.

Don't do anything, it will automatically get held overnight..

If you want to exit these 2 positions use MIS to exit.. If you want to take a fresh position use NRML itself..

Tomorrow morning,everything will start showing as NRML again...
