Dear Zerodha,

I am completely dissatisfied with the way the ILFS is dealing with in-person verification. I have given you a photo of my mother ( SHERLEY ABRAHAM) with pan card clearly visible yet they want to do it over web cam. Ok fine, but why the hell are these ILFS people calling as and when they like and asking us to do in-person verification. My mother is a doctor and she does not have a laptop with her, so she has to do in-person verification in a nearby internet cafe where web cam facility is available.Tell these ILFS people to fix a particular time and please inform her when she has to appear over webcam instead of expecting her to leave her patients and rush to the nearest cafe on receiving their call. They called yesterday while she was in the hospital and she told them to contact her between three and four in the evening. Not only did they not contact her but also they did not have the basic manners to tell her if it was not possible for them to contact her at that particular time or chose a convenient time to do in-person verification. This process should have been over by last week and right now i should have been trading in your account instead of typing this mail. I hope this matter will be looked into and you will ask these ILFS people to get over with this thing quickly. I expect a reply soon

I opened my account with Zerodha,received the welcome mail on friday and got the letter with login id and password from Now yesterday.However,whenever I log into the www.nowonline.in site as stated, to get my account on the exe. platform activated, I face the following problem.
When I change my login password and trading password (received from the Now email) as prompted and log out I get the following message. 'Error while changing login password'.After I exit that I get 'Bad Input'. I have tried umpteen times with the same result.Kindly advise.

oops,got the clarification from Mr. Nagaraj at your office.Need to use explorer,was using firefox.Issue resolved, thanks.

I have installed new NOW after uninstalling old one. Old watch list is missing. I tried to make new watch list. But in NFO, there are only optidx,optstk. Hence no future can be added to watch list. How to go about it?
Hey Same Problem Here...
My FNO scrips are not there in watchlist....equity scrips are intact...
When I go to NFO to add ....i cannot...its empty ..not even optidx or optstk..

Zerodha...plz correct as quickly as possible...

Here is the fix..

When you login,

Under file there is a link called delete scrip file...

Click on this...

Logout from NOW platform...

When you are logging back in click on confirm scrip download in the login window, will take a few minutes for the new scrips to be downloaded..

This should work...
