I donot think you need any other proof other than this to prove that no other broker can beat you in brokerage rates.:thumb:

If Zerodha maintains this apart from live feed to Amibroker, director will definitely not sit singapore but in Swiss on tons of money.

I seem to get this message once or twice a week, and takes multiple attempts to log in....... NOTE:Current internet speed is around......440kbps

Everything looks good so far. But I have two queries -

1. Tame software alike ODIN
2. I short options a lot. Sometimes, I find difft brokerage has difft slab(margin money). Therefore, I would like to know, how much margin reqd to SHORT SELL nifty options.

It takes time when you log into NSE NOW for the first time after installing NOW exe version. The time factor may vary depending on your internet connection speed as well.
It took me anywhere between 5-7 minutes on multiple occassions on different boxes on a very stable 2Mbps line.

I am also getting the same error - "NOW initialization Failed for interactive engine: <<os error>>"...This is the first time i am seeing this error. What seems to be the problem? I searched in the archives and you have mentioned that the problem is due to -

A] System Time and Date not being correct - I have no problems with that - Mine is absolutely on the dot.

B] Internet speed being around 256kbps - Again, no issues with internet - I have a healthy 4 Mbps Line and just a speedtest on it as well to check and it is fine

Is there something wrong with the server?

PS - Are there other users who are seeing the same problem as of this very moment?

I was told ,during INSTALLATION for the first time ,it would take a long
time.Yes, it DID.
What we are discussing ,is everyday LOGIN.
Sometimes in 2nd or 3rd attempt ,we are able to login.
Any way these are not creating problems,only asking others for help.
