Currency not started. so is the charting feature. obviously someone somewhere is delaying matters. And of course, it is not in your hands.

now, commodities : you're saying that FT is ready to let go of [ODIN] and let you offer commodity brokership?

If yes, i'd be one of the first ones to open commodity a/c.

but, it would be disappointing to see this excitement fade out [charts, currency ...] for some reason or the other which always happens to be beyond your capacity.

I guess no one will say no for commodity at same price if no strings attached like odin cost or empanelled DP charges separately by ilfs. If prmoise becomes reality I assure zerodha will close many brokers soon as there is very high charges currently in mcx trading by very poor service providers brokers and sub-brokers.

I hope you are serious about this one. I can assure you a minimum of 7 accounts from my side(immediate family+cousins)

I hope that's quorum enough to offer it to existing customers pronto.

Hey man,

Instead of asking this question in a public forum, you better send an e-mail to all your existing customers and check the response for yourself. I am quite sure that a lot of your existing customers would love to trade commodities as they have their day jobs and would trade commodities in the late afternoon or evening after office hours. I am really.... really surprised at your response for starting Commodities Segment......even with a Business model such as yours...there is no room for complacency...in this ever changing environment...

One should be aware....Commodities & Currencies will be atleast 30 times bigger than our Derivatives segment....

If you can provide the MT4 platform.....I am sure you will not need to count your clients before you start a segment

Like SavantGarde mentioned in the earlier post Metatrader4 platform for MCX and NSE will be a big booster along with RT Data service being planned by Zerodha.

You should start the new MCX segment at the earliest.
