Why can not be FUND TRANSFER as separate Menu ,not as link
in another menu (at present in Market)?PayIn is neatly presented ,but
PayOut is not.

I think lots of lapses with NOW software too.

Not only Pay-out option absent but you also can not see your some of the traded position.

There is no ledger balance clearly shown. You have dig in and in deep to seen your margins etc.

We need to login to back office for some other options which makes annoying.

By login in and out we miss the opportunity in day trade.

ILFS is the most pathetic DP I have ever dealt with. My trading account with Zerodha was opened within 2-3 days & ILFS took 2-3 months to open the demat account . I haven't received the opening kit from ILFS till date whereas the demat account was opened in 1st week of August.

My DP A/c is also int he same condition as yours with ILFS . But I dont care I have another DP a/c with other broker.

Hence I dont trade in equities with Zerodha. In fact I dont use trading a/c with Zerodha frequently.

I opened a/c because people told that it's cheap but true color appears only know when you deal with them.

As you rightly said ILFS is pathetic.

Since I paid Rs 600 so it's ok to keep this trading a/c standby.

Today, In NOW Exe version, I click on Market --Web Link--Pay In and pay in website open in IE, Wow , When it started ?? I wonder , I dont know !! I always use Log out and Log in In web version of NOW to Pay In...

And what is ---Market--Web Link--Fun_Tranfer ----??

OHLC should work...doesn't work on some versions of windows... we are putting pressure on NOW to set the charting feature...

Hi Trader,

Do send me your client id to [email protected]... ledger balance, netpositions and payin everythign very clearly available on the NOW platform...

If you have a f&o position, it has to be marked to market... so if you bought it 2 days back, it would have gotten marked to market and your netposition will show according to yesterday closing...

There is no need to logout of your terminal for any reason.... if u want to look at historical reports then u can simultaneously login to backoffice....

about ilfs, we are tryin to push them to be better....not everyone can work at the same speed we do...

About the trading platform...
I have been using windows throughout my life, when I shifted to mac, I found it like hell and was wondering how the hell do people say this is good.... Change is always tough in life, we are all used to a particular way of working and always resist change....
NOW is a good trading platform, but it will take a few days for anyone to get used to it, if he has been working on other platforms...

Guys , I dont know why your demat account facilities was delayed, i opened account recently 10 days back or so. Trading account was opened in 2 days.. demat account in 7 days. Everything went smooth.

Zerodha, Its not just that problem. Even though i tried what you said, go to user settings and change the order details, it didnt solve anything... But caused new problems [ When i tried to buy/sell there is no dropdown options now for Exh-seg,PRo/Cli,Inst NAme,Symbol]

But many other problems still persist.. Like Market Watch group settings stopped opening .. Im not able to add/modify stocks in watch groups using NOW terminal. I come to Now online and check it out..
I think the problem is caused when you minimize the market watch window, it doesnt come back when you maximize it..

Im not trying to give bad reviews but i want you guys to tweak the software and make it work flawlessly!

It is not Rs 20/lot, it is Rs 20/executed order... The guy who trades options with us, average size is 5 to 10 lots... For 10 lots if he pays Rs 20, he is paying 2 Rs/lot...

Brother!!! Competition is a matter of spirit and not strength!!! If there is something that you can offer better than what we do, put it out rather than ***** about us..... Competition at the end of the day will benefit all the people reading these posts, bitching belittles you and is a waste of time for everyone!!!!

It's high time Zerodha starts customer care services for those who are not clients and set new Industry standards.

You can start with a new thread at TraderJee. At least provide them some pissing ground.

Rs.20/ per trade is lots of money and you need to take up your corporate social responsibility rather seriously.

I can't figure out anything by looking at all these traderji id's... comm, bigbear, pgdimes, buzz , columbus etc....

All of you, please put yourself in my spot!!! There is no way I can fix a problem if I don't know whom I am talking to and what his individual problem is....

Any problem, please send us an email with your client id or call us up, we will be more than happy to have this sorted immediately... I don't think there has ever been any email that we haven't responded to .....

Let's keep this forum to generic stuff, individual issues please send out an email... [email protected]....
