murthy sir,
i am using ib central for amibroker RTdata feed when comparing manshiRT seems to be cheaper, now my doubt is,does manshi Rt provide backfill for intraday as well as eod .

About stamp duty in brokerage calculator, it is calculated on per day basis and not per trade. Hence, it cannot be included in calculator to calculate break even.

Break even if calculated will be valid only for first trade. Then it will become lower because some/all stamp duty for the day has already been included in first trade.

Dear Prakash,

No idea about ib central, but yes - ManshiRT provides backfill for 1 min intraday
data (60 days), and also provides free EOD data.

For NOW package, only backfill for Cash Scrips and Futures is available.
Live data of options can be brought to Ami, as long as the options are there in
the Market Watch window - backfill for options is not available.

Beware, lot of tick data in between is missing in the case of ManshiRT, and
one needs to backfill once every five minutes, if your trades are based on
charts.

PS: I feel that ManshiRT is much cheaper that IBCentral, because Manshi
charges only Rs.800 for three months for the NOW package.

Same thing happened in my case also in the morning.. It was updating the last
candle of 25th forever. If I log in afresh, the candles upto that point of time
are OK, but the candles starting from that point of time are going astray.

I think we need to wait for the official nod from Zerodha, to get them right.
Hi, I wanted to use NEST can you let me know the process? I use Zerodha for trading

Re: Zerodha option brokerage

When you trade options, say you buy 1 lot of 5000 calls for Rs 100... Your turnover is (5000 + 100) x 50 = 255000.... You pay 0.01% of this turnover or Rs 20 whichever is lower... 0.01% of 255000 is Rs 25 and hence you pay Rs 20 which is lower...

Are you sure of this .01% in options? Your executive told me there is no provision of .01% in options and its charged Rs 20 flat.
