We have enabled it, from tomorrow you will have intraday margin of 10 times available on nifty bees and gold bees...
Thanks a lot  . Hopefully, with time, you will also include other ETFs (even if they have lower volumes :)).

Actually I had traded 1 Bankbees today, just for the heck of it. Then I was pleasantly surprised to calculate that the breakeven for intraday was just about 1 rupee !!! Cool.

Aside : Moderators, is there any way I can doubly thank a post :)

My personal feeling, no offense meant :

From simplicity of point of view, it's much easier if u do pay-in as well as out from one bank. And i meant simplicity of our own accounts.
And now-a-days almost all leading bank provide net banking. So u can transfer money from your primary a/c to secondary.

Timepass I am ignorant about Bankbees...so asking some silly Qs.

1. What is Bankbees?
2. How we can trade it? is it same like equity?
3. Can we trade Intraday?
4. How much margin it have?Suppose 10K in account then how much can one trade intraday?
5. What are the charges on it like taxes and brokerage?
6. I have seen its chart but it is not liquid .... having less volume.

We talked about it yesterday in the "Quandra" thread.
Is there a BANKBEES ?? I didn't know that.. NIFTYBEES are quite familiar, of course.

Where is that thread about ETFs.. it was started recently. Let's add Bankbees and a few others.

So today I traded it. Purchased 1 bankbees at 1054.55 and sold it at 1058...breakeven is less than 1 rupee ..A profit of Rs. 2.79 :).

It is same as Niftybees, for bank nifty.

Click on that link of benchmarkfunds.com for other ETFs.

@Zerodha Today I received a message from Sushma "Transfer Min 1000/- to commodity account or else account will get blocked"

What does this mean?

Actually I was waiting for both NFO and Commodity on same platform or atleast seamless transfer of money from NFO to Commodity.....

As I don't want to keep two separate funds on both accounts ... that too with same broker.

One more thing ....... I really belive in Zerodha for their transperancy... but here while opening account you guys never told us that we have transfer money in so and so days....as you know already that I am regularly trading in NFO segment.
Have already spoken to the sales rep, don't worry about it, account won't get blocked... Sorry about this..

Margin trading enabled on all ETF's..
आज कुछ और भी माँगता तो मिल जाता :).

Now just give me a gap up opening tomorrow :D

Creating a new watchlist in NOW .....

1)

Found the following ETFs for my watchlist.

Could not find codes for GS Junior bees and Hang Seng Bees; not that I intend trading them, but just to watch.. Niftybees and Goldbees have a volume of about 50k.

Zerodha, What other ETFs are there and their symbols please..

2)

A fundamental question, surely been answered somewhere in this thread, but bear with me.

I have a trading account only. If I buy some shares for delivery (CNC), what will happen to them at the end of the day ?? Will they be transferred to my DP (sharekhan) at the end of the day ? After 2 days ??? Or will they stay with you in the pool till further instructions. I am not sure what exactly is the "pool" but it has been spoken of here.
