Hi there,Can anybody please tell me, are there any Indicators and Drawings tools available on Now, provided by ZERODHA? I could find only OHLC charts and Intraday charts, but there is not a single option of any Indicators, Moving Avgs or any Drawing Tool. Even I could not change Time-frame also. Without these things it's totally Difficult to Trade for me. please help me.

Today whenever I was trying to place any order the order gets rejected, error message:

"error user/user_target not logged in"

It got solved after I re-logged in into NOW exe. Can you please explain, what was causing this error?

@taurus27: Our margins are usually up before 9:15 and we haven't received any other issue reported on this. If you do have a rejected order report, please send it over to [email protected] and we'll definitely look into the issue.

@TheDreamer: The first few minutes of presumed freezing happens on all platforms as it's a time when a lot of orders get executed in the system.

@comm4300: If you have deleted scrip files and then downloaded them again, it should usually fix your issue. However, if the problem persists, call us and we'll assist you.

@soft_trader: The message 'error - user/target not logged in' comes if you've been logged out of the NSE server for any reason. All you have to do is log off and login and it'll all work fine. :)

@raamakant: Try charting using NEST Plus - Call us or more info is available on http://plus.omnesysindia.com

@Traderz_Evo: The idea is to provide you good intraday leverage at no additional cost! We're doing this on a gradual basis by understanding the trading volumes and volatility in each commodity. We've already given you intraday margins for Gold, Silver, Crude, and Copper. Other commodities will follow soon. :)

@ Zerodha,

Why are you not allowing us to withdraw funds to our secondary banks?

When you are allowing Pay-in through Secondary banks, then why not allowing us to withdraw?

I have opened a new account after recommendation from traderji and from few of my friends, and I am really worried that such simple facilities are not provided by ZERODHA.

Really disgusting

@ Zerodha,

It is a strong comment.

I think Zerodha deserves much better, for what they have been able to provide.

One cannot expect them to provide direct access to each and every bank viz Nationalized Banks, Private Banks, Schdeuled Banks, Co-operative Bank may be Swiss Banks :D... .. and that to on No Charge Basis to customers.

Even bigger /established brokers have arrangement for a couple of banks only.

Yes, Zerodha deserves much better. But I think that as Zerodha pays out through NEFT, so it is same for any bank that has an IFSC code.

It should not be a problem for Zerodha to incorporate the clients banks to be selected from a drop-down box, before placing the withdraw order.

So that, the clients have a choice to withdraw funds to their preferred bank account.

Hope Zerodha will add this feature soon. :)
