Are you sure? Have you done this before, I mean have you loaded 2 different NOW accounts this way.

Because in my opinion double clicking NOW icon, which is NOW.exe, is as good as loading NOW by double clicking NOW.exe from any source say Zerodha portal or NOW portal. (Why do we need to copy NOW folder to D drive.) and by double clicking NOW.exe of D drive, it will load in C:\program files by default and not in D drive and this is not possible as you already has NOW in C drive.

But, I prefer to use VMs (Virtual Machines), which i feel are more safer.

I hv XP Mode installed on my Win7 Ultimate. So I can hv one in Win7 and other in XP Mode.

Wow.. i got a lot of questions about this setup, but first, can you please post a screenshot of both the NOWs running at the same time ??


Next, what's your hardware configuration ? Which VMware are you using ??

I use Oracle Virtual Box or Microsoft XP Mode.

and why do you prefer to run it partly in Virtual PC mode ? I can understand running the machine in Vmware.. (I use Deep Freeze, it sort of acts as Vmware).

Doesn't it slow down the machine (though your configuration is at a higher end compared to mine).

VirtualPC is Microsoft VM. Virtual Box from Oracle, VM Player from VMWare. Present day systems hv huge RAMs and faster processors, Hence no slowdown.

I rarely use VMs as, I hv 2 systems ( laptop & desktop).

OTOH, present day applications too, are resource hogs, but not NOW. It is pretty light on resources.

I haven't used any other VMs, but it is a foolproof protection against viruses, specially useful for public terminals

I am using computers for the last 10 years but never tried such a procedure. Even if you have said to click NowLauncher I would have accepted it but clicking NOW.exe ?? and so I had a doubt and questioned it. Though I am using computers for last 10 years, I still have to learn many thing about its working.

Anyway I clicked both, NOW and NowLauncher and it opened a new NOW window in both cases, as I want.

I had sent the details to the mentioned mail id, yet now there is no reply. and finally i identified the cause of the problem, The chart is working fine alone with the price, if we add 2 0r 3 indicators , then only the problem arise. So try to short out this issue.
