Quotes refreshing very slowly, orders not updating.

why don't you have an option in Back office to transfer funds from my NSE ledger balance to MCX ledger balance?

I understand that these two [NSE,MCX] are treated separately, however, I should be able to do it at EOD basis atleast.

Instead, now i have to place withdrawal request, wait for it to reach my bank and then transfer it to MCX commodities.

Once we are integrated on one platform, you will be able to do this real time.. For now we are not letting it happen because of Risk management issues that comes along with it...

Updating the record of companies is the one thing I am most concerned about. Do all companies update their record like Zerodha does? Will sending a mere cancelled cheque do? I do not need to do anything else?

Punter, sorry for the delay in replying..

Yes the MICR and IFSC changes.. If you are changing your account from one branch to the other, the IFSC and MICR changes..

When you are transferring money into the trading account it doesn't matter, but when you are withdrawing, if the IFSC and MICR has changed , we will not be able to send it to you..

Ideally, send us a scanned copy of the cheque that you will receive once the account is moved.. This should be enough to update your details...

you people will ask him about same issues like software ztrader transaction charges i will ask him about when can i sell options against my holddings

To you people he will not be able to say anything as you are 20 - 30 people asking same thing

To me as we are 3-4 people asking for margins he will say all sort of things
that is not 2-3 people but me only while others have stoped asking for margins as there is a limit to anyones patience

i am here so he blames me for every one who ever in the history of india asked about margins against stocks and in future for next 200 years even after i will be long gone sachins great great grandson will be blaming me that in this country only there is one person who requires margins against stocks so he comes and asks every 25 years :clap:

There are no funds big HNis FIIs and people who hedge in markets accoring to sachin its only me who sells options or requires margins against shares :clapping:

0so probably he is sick of our sick questions and went for holiday :clapping:

Hey don't go by my saying.
first check with your Bank to confirm what all is changing.
And then check with Zerodha what is the process to update the details.
You can see the IFSC code configured in your account in the back office of zerodha if I remember correctly.

And yes I too did face issue while activating the SMS thingy in SBIN
Just think that u have to go through hell once then easy for the entire life.
Be tactful rather than aggressive and get your work done somehow.
