On upside S/R lines are at 5950, 6000, 6060, 6115
On downside S/R lines are at 5860, 5820, 5755

3 Min Chart

NF took support from 5860 and bounced successfully to close in green, So far NF has established a wide range of 6000 - 5850, more move can be seen beyond this range,

Global Index Update

US and EU markets closed in red. Asian markets are mixed with SGX Nifty trading at 0.9% higher. We will see gap up opening in Nifty today. Need to check if nifty fut sustains near 6000 level.

On downside S/R lines are at 5940, 5860, 5820

Nifty attempted a break above 6000 but did not sustain and came back to the range of 6000-5860. Yesterday Nifty was in a downtrend. Little buying action was seen from day's low around 5940-5950. if today it fails to hold this level then it may fall more to 5900-5860 level.

Global Index update
US and EU markets ended lower, Asian markets are mixed today with SGX Nifty trading 0.7% down. We will see a negative opening in nifty, need to see if nifty trying to recover from lower levels or not.

Can you help me on how to trade based on this CPB setup? I was never aware about this setup before, but I remember exiting many trades just before this setup is finished and after I exit the position skyrockets.

Is it like we have to enter the trade only in case when day high or low is taken out? If so, the pattern violates higher pivot lows and pivot highs formation atleast once in a uptrend?

Just confused. If you get what I am saying please reply. I am sleep so might be gibberish too

Trades on 9th Oct

Did two trades, first one went for a SL and made 37 points in second trade.
net gain = +25 points

The day could have been much much better, it was a beautiful uptrending day. But I cold not make most of it as I was little biased towards short side and was doubting every rise. That was the reason too for not taking the last breakout trade. ANother 40+ points were on the card :annoyed::annoyed:

Trade Setup for 10 Oct 2013

30M chart

On upside S/R lines are at 6060, 6150.
On downside S/R lines are at 6000, 5950, 5900

3M Chart

NF took support around 5900 and started an uptrend for prev day, closing near day's high. On upside resistance may come from 6075-6080 (gap created on 19 sep). Lets see if NF sustains at these levels or not.

Global Index Update

US markets closed in green while EU markets are in red, Most of the asian markets are trading in green, SGX nifty is flat, trading 0.03% down. So expecting to see a flat opening in Nifty which may test 6060, If it fails to sustain at higher levels it may fall back to 5950 level.
