But the fact is it's difficult find white money buyers, especially in real estate market
did u not read my whole post ?

If we remove black money and no body is able to buy the properties it means the property prices are inflated and will need to come down to reflect the actual price. Currently because of black money many poor people are unable to buy houses as it is artificially inflated by builders and black money.

According to Times of India, Abhay Deware and Preeti Kumbhare decided to change the trend of marriages in India, a country where 1 Lakh crore is being spent on marriage on every year. It is worthwhile noting that 16 lakh crore is the total budget of India. Last Sunday, when they tied the nuptial knot at Abhiyanta Bhavan in Amravati but it was not a ceremony. They used the money they saved for their marriage for the purpose of:

1. The couple donated Rs 20,000 each to 10 farmers’ families where their sole bread earners committed suicide due to mounting debts and successive crop failures.

2. They provided books of competitive examinations worth Rs 52,000 to five libraries in Amravati, including at their native village Umbarda Bazaar in Karanja Lad.

3. They kept their menu for the marriage very simple.

4. They had inspirational and informative speeches made to be given by notable personalities and activists.

Practically difficult ,developed countries like US,Russia,UK,UAE, are on top of the list of black money, even though there are very strict tax laws in these countries

ya, practically difficult as the lawmakers and their officials, even peon are the holders of black money.
there are chances of a clerk in govt offices/rto etc, to hold huge amt of black money whereas ppl working in pvt sector do not have any chance . they will stay middle class only. !!:(

No dear, Doodh ka dhula koi bhi nahin, fir chahe wo public sector mein ho ya pvt. sector mein. Aaj har aadmi tab tak Imandaar hai jab tak k usey Mauka nahin milataa. We cannot blame just one person. If we look around, we will find lots of people busy in unlawful activities just to avoid Tax. A businessman for ex. will never show his actual sellings to avoid tax. Sara hisaab parchi pe hota hai. A pvt sector person will produce inflated bills to satisfy his greed. similarly a govt sector person....... and so on.
