re: Day trading Nifty & Banknifty Futures
If you don't love your job , you are not going to be good at it and hence you will be unhappy. There are people who are happy with their jobs. I WAS one of them.
About talent, the talent of this country has left and gone to better places. Seeing the kind of people & their quality of work in IT , i can boldly claim that there is no or very little talent in India.
Maintaining competitive edge, but only if you are in the product company. In IT Services company everyone including top management is replaceable. Its only a matter of time.
Things were rosy 10 yrs back when IT was booming , now not anymore. IT service companies are becoming like Kirana shops , anyone with a small client base can open on these days, if you don't believe me come to bangalore and go to areas like indiranagar, jayanagar, kormangala and whitefield and you will see so many glorified IT kirana shops...
The only good thing about this industry is that provides some work to many of the millions of so called engineers in this country.
Choosing to work in IT is your call, but be ready to pay for it as well and i guarantee you that you will pay more than you earn.
any job is replaceable... and I have never met... any salaried employee... enjoying his job!
For a talented person... the demand is always going to be extraordinary...
Every employer knows how hard its to recruit a top performer and how hard its keep him in the job...
for run of the mill... copy pasta keyboard warriors... yup... all their services are replaceable with 200 lines of python code running in some cloud server or even a high school kids are going to replace them in future!
So the solution is : don't turn into commodity, preserve your competitive edge.
