Not happy with the Adhaar judgement
what is different now ?
Can PAN not be used for profiling /Surveillance??
Is PAN is foolproof /secure and does not leak??
Stupid people all around
Now we have one more document to deal with no apparent advantage.
I was hoping we can discontinue PAN, VoterId and many other cards and just have one document Adhaar.

Those having two voter ID cards from two places would have to suffer jail a term of a year and a fine or both, if caught. The Election Commission had issued voter ID cancellation form for the first time. Forms are available online and at the election office.

No Bhai I had asked for a change in spellings multiple mistakes.Instead they gave a new card and when I checked online the old one was also there.
I wish to cancel both of them. what to vote for we will get the same shitty gormint does not matter which party rules nothing good comes out for common man or traders.

But PAN doesnt have your biometrics. Thats a difference.
PAN is needed only by those who have income beyond a certain limit. So even if you can profile with PAN, its only a very small number of people in India who actually have PAN and pay Income tax. Less than 2% of the population
With Biometics/aadhar, you can profile the whole country. what they eat, where they go, how much they spend and on what... Data is the new oil and anyone with this kind of data can seriously misuse it. More so if this data is easily hackable. If its hackable then biometrics in the database can be interchanged/erased etc etc.
I guess the supreme court may have taken the right decision. Just my thoughts.

Aadhar intially was envisaged so that subsidies and other govt benefits go directly to the end user. I guess it still serves its purpose as supreme court has withheld it that aadhar will be needed for using funds from govt corpus

May be true from your perspective. But the old one needs to be canceled or returned to the election office.
