Discount Broker Comparison

Hello guys,
I am having account with Indiabulls, Sharekhan, Zerodha and VPS Share. My Trading volume is around 2 crore including NSE/Currency & MCX. Till November I was trading with VPS. Now since its a closed chapter, looking for another discount Broker. I have shortlisted three to open account with. Achievers/SAS and Wisdom Capital. I am a day trader and keep limited money in my trading account. Also I am fully aware that my fund is not at risk with any Broker in India. My main concern is downloading/filling forms and couriering it to Dicount Brokers office which altogether spoils almost two weeks to 4 months time in all those process.

Please suggest me guys, which broker do you think will be long lasting?

Achievers, SAS or Wisdom Capital ?
My recommendation is SAS also check out the Alice blue 5555 yearly unlimited plan that some users have reported here.
Account opening process is slow, cannot do anything but it is one time process bear with it.

Have asked few doubts to SAS & Achievers in their traderji thread. Those guys have avoided my posts. Since Wisdom/Alice don't have thread here I will mail them tomorrow.

Thanks for suggestions

SAS account opening process & service is very quick, my account was opened & activated in just 3 hours of form submission. You can test yourself by just giving account opening cheque of Rs.200 if you submit print of downloaded form from website.
I am just there one of customer & did complete due diligence before account opening, can't comment any more except as customer.
I am having account with two other Brokers as well including Zerodha and had deal with more than 8 brokers in past 10 years with many bad experience but found SAS better them all.
can u pls enlighten about the exposure sas gives in nse cash segment...do they give 9-10 times?

No Broker (having substantial client base) could open an account with that much speed, as a lot of formalities are there as explained by previous Brokers.
Either your claim is false or you guys are having very few clients !!

You gotta me wrong my dear. I have nothing to do with whether you are a genuine client or a spammer of SAS. My question is how many active clients do u have in this plan? 100 or maximum 200? so your earning is maxium 2 Lakh/pm. How do you guys are going to survive in long run? Zerodha has survived becoz the idea was unique and first in the country and their transaction cost is on higher side, that's the way they are earning.

Your posts have raised some genuine doubts in my mind and I am dropping my idea to open account with you guys either I will continue with Zerodha or go for Achievers.

bye

Yes they provide such exposure in cash segment as per their exposure policy given on website but I am not a trader in cash segment so never used it. I am F&O trader.
Just check the timing of posts. Do you guys think traders community fool ? Due to such crook posts I have got some doubts about SAS and dropped my idea to open account with you. Since I have no interest about you guys any more you won't be watching any comments about you guys either.

Bye.

Account opening in 3 hours.. rofl...:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Thats the reason I have dropped the idea to open an account with those guys. I have deleted SAS from my option among few others.

Achievers doesn't have Brokerage calculator on their website neither they are transparent in their stamp duty either:annoyed:

Wisdom Capital is not clear whether they are Master Franchisee or subsidiary of Alice. It is not possible to offer such low cost Brokerage and lowest (specially commodity) transaction charges for a sub broker (what i believe). If they could come clean on their stand it will be great step for them.

Till such doubts gets cleared I have planned to continue with Zerodha.

In the discount broking pool, zerodha is currently the best.

Yes, they are transparent in their approach. But they are charging just double of achievers or Wisdom. Moreover they are not providing commodity I believe.
I want three in one account. SAS people told me that they about to start commodity by this month end. Don't know if its fake or not.
