After 9 months you still don't have a solution from your broker.

You won't even let us know which broker did this to you. (at least we can avoid them in the future). You are the one in the position to help us in identifying the broker to avoid.

You won't even help us identify the fraudulent broker and you are calling other members in the forum untrustworthy.

And in spite of all this you are keeping this thread alive.

What are you looking for out of this thread? Just curious.

Dear Mr Agilent,
I have explained my case to u in every possible manner. You people thought I was just wasting ur precious time.even after my repeated explanations u couldnt suggest even one solution.then how could you tell that my case is
resolved.Somebody asked to name the broker. If I name the broker, will there be any solution? dont know..So even after reading the full case,Only the broker name was required and not a solution or suggestion.

If SEBI is not bothered to respond to you , how do u expect others to take u seriously

Inspite of so many private messages, I was unable to understand what exactly happened to you ... because you refused to answer specific queries eg. how exactly your acct was debited etc. I got the distinct feeling you are making up the whole story, or distorting it tremendously

Am I am not alone in this feeling

So if u r not happy with me, consult somone else. I wasted my time volunteering to help u out.

Good luck and good bye

AGILENT

Hi mojac

Your queries have been adequately answered by various forum members in another thread by you on same problem.
Frankly speaking I can't imagine a guy loosing few lakhs of money and not taking action with police, courts including consumer courts, NSE/BSE and SEBI.As per your statement , your broker has filed FIR and not you(may be I am wrong).

You could have escalated the complaint level if some lower level official in police is not doing its job. Still you could use Right to Information Act to find out action on your petition. You could have filed complained in State consumer forum for deficiency of service and claimed damages, compensation and lost amount.

If I remember correctly, you have refused to name the broker in open forum for reasons best known to you.

This forum is for giving advice and opinion or seeking it. Ultimately the affected person has to take action on it.Don't blame the forum for your fault.

ps:-On second thought, you may approach CNBC
