This post should help those who had trouble understanding TD setup and countdown.

TD Sequential
What is it for?
Applying Tom DeMark’s TD Sequential serves the purpose of identifying a price point where an uptrend or a downtrend exhausts itself and reverses.

Should cause a flip to BANK NIFTY as this step takes away the liquidity and more has to be deposited in cash format with RBI. This won't / should not effect long term liquidity as this bond yield is only for incremental CRR.

This was bound to happen - as RBI needs more cash on books before 'printing' any new money. Think about all the unclaimed black money in RBI's books. Long term view is bullish for banks.

Good Nifty sentiments will ease the pressure on the banking stocks and should recover but I'm standing on the sidelines. If Nifty gives way, then Banks will bear the brunt.

We are now back to Nov-8 levels for Bank nifty. Sellers have taken 10 days to come down to same level. Very long for days when there is such indecisiveness in India. VIX has not even crossed 18%. True buyers should come now (if at all)
