Yes, the market could not hold the opening gap and it sold off right from the open.....let us see what it does in the afternoon session.

Secondary mkt instruments are very different from Mutual funds and I think you're checking in wrong portal.

AFAIK, NCDs/Bonds/Tax free bonds are traded in the N series, that is N1 to N9 and NA to NZ.
NSE > NORMAL > N1
This is for all brokers, so in your case you should check Nest/kite instead.
