I am sorry to interrupt but as you have mentioned that a trader may not be disciplined so backtesting is essential. Believe me no amount of backtesting can help a trader who is not disciplined.

Your point is well taken todays High was 4588.8

NF:

4592 is yesterday's 3pm bar and is a minor pivot. saint advised to use such pivots also sometimes. But I am not clear on these. So regarding short SL, I am not clear as of now. Most likely I will not reverse to long at 4592+15, though I will clear 50% short position. reverse to long is at 4669 for me.
Add to short is 4505-7.

HDIL : Added to shorts at 480 , stops at 496

Myself still using 4669 as stop, last time we used such pivot we got whipsawed twice

No amount of backtesting by anyone other than 'self' canbe of any use !!! You need to do it yourself to take the benefit in future!!
