You can take screenshot using various softwares like mwsnap etc and post here using imageshack.

If you wanto to paste your exel sheet as image.....
1) Take a screen shot while at your excel sheet (Alt+Print Scrn from the keyboard)
2) Go to MS Paint and crate new image and paste it(from menu or Control + V)
3) Save it as jpg file
4) Host it.

When we are just getting started on a new trend, both methods would work the same ...

The idea is not to get wipsawed on a dime ...
