Is there an add advised? But not without SL raised...
Oh no advice.

That was just to say once out of that congestion on 30, price may often move along.
In vertical moves, the market often doesn't give a definable place to add.
So this would be an opportunity.

Aggressive traders will run their own risk and would have their own plan. That's all.

Komal: thinking about taking new trade, 9 is the margin i see, which seems right as 818+9=827 which dint trigger & it stopped at 825

Hello Hari

We update the stop when we get a new pivot low (i.e. Higher Pivot Low)

What i meant in my above post was that, even if currently the stops look far away i feel no anxiety. Compared that to my earlier 'mindset' where I was in too much of a rush to trail the stop 'to lock in the gains' and invariably the markets continued to flow in the same direction after taking the stops out :D

Thanks
If say the NF will go down from now straight to our stops 3758 slowly in 2 days after hitting a high and without making pivots for us to stop. Will there is any rule to stop rather than being in loss?

Less Probable but if that may happen then 'No Problem', its part of trading ...

Take it in the stride and keep being with the flow ...

There's another more possible scenario,

If it gaps down below lets say 3700 and keeps going down ... :D

In that case will have to reverse at much lower price ...

Then again part of trading ...

Try going through about a year of past data, you will encounter all these interesting scenarios

Thanks

when it stopped at 825 then u have to take long at 825+9=834 because now 818 is irrelevent....

my views for sure.....
Suppose we were short in this scrip, Our SAR would have been 818+9=827 .. agree so far.....
Now the price shoots up to 825 and start falling again.
Do we change our SAR to 825+9=834. I just want my idea to get clear .. coz never heard or experienced when we raise the SAR while we are short except in gap ups .. and lower the SAR when we are long excep gap down.
Can someone clarify ???
