Going with the Intraday Mini-Flow!!

where is the ambiguity?Let us take fisrt short position:

1.Entry:3956 Exit:3856: Profit:100
2.Entry:3956 Exit:3882 Profit:74

Average per lot=(100+74)/2=87. Gross:174.

I think the confusion has arisen because the Nifty lot size is 50 (not 100).If you go by POINTSWISE profit he is correct , MONEYWISE your are correct.

100 point profit by one lot NIFTY is 5000/- only.

Pakatil, verify from your contract notes.... net profit is
98000-3250 = 94750
or
49000-3250 = 45750


I am not taking credit away from Pakatil.... we have been together in intraday sessions on some occasions...
i m just trying to present a correct picture, which otherwise seems propped up 980 points window dressing...

Have always admired you as a Trader. Pls don't quit trading for a stupid post of mine.

BTW, I have been a chronic Loser. Strangley got in to an unbelievable winning Streak, courtesy Saint's Method. May be got carried away a bit and posted my Trades. Never imagined that it could create confusion. Me not good at expressions like you guys. My apologies and will take care not to repeat.

gud. but his math is ok. he is a good analyst also. but, getting into wrong conclusions?? can you suggests some school for it also?

Both are correct, one is talking about the POINTS earned ,other is talking about the MONEY earned by these points.

Thanks to Saint's Method, I made 350 points ( 2 Lots ) on 8th & 10th.

Forgive my ignorance in not recognising either Sideways Movements or Dreaded V Moves.
