Bhai spot agar mentioned nahi hai toh without funding from India trade kar hi sakte hain , kyunki aap spot legality ke bare mai nahi bol pa rahe ho aur na LRS ya fema mai iske bade mai kuch mentioned hai?! jaise ham online fee lancing work kiya tha jisse mereko paisa mila tha through alertpay dollars mai vahi ham fund kiya tha ! paisa abroad se aaya tha alertpay account mai usd mai vahi ham fund kiya tha!

bhai USD/INR aur ye sab 4 pairs bekar hai ! aur mereko ye bhi nahi pata ki NSE mai account kaise open hoyega! aur NSE mai mt4 platfrom nahi hai aur meta T.A setup dusra hai ( ichimoku) jo NSE mai nahi hai ! :(
Hum yeh nahi bol raha hai ki Spot ke bare mein kuch mention nahi hai..... Hum bol raha hai ki "Humko yaad hi nahi ya ki Spot ke bare mein kuch mention hai ya nahi" :)...... Don't jump to any conclusion..... I have to go through the Act once again.......

LRS mein mentioned hai ki tum LRS use nahi kar sakta hai Spot Trading ke liye....

NSE mein trade karne ke liye koi bhi Broker ke paas account open kar le..... Par humko lagta hai ki Transaction Cost is too much with Indian Brokers.... Like USDINR mein BreakEven ke liye around 2 paise ka move chahiye.....

Bhai baat toh phir ghoom phir ke vahin aa ja raha hai agar ham LRS use nahi kar sakta spot ke liye toh koi aur tarika jaise ham bataya hai ! isme ye mentioned kaha hai hai ki tum trade hi nahi kar sakta isme toh bas yahi bol raha hai ki tum fund nahi kar sakta india se

but main question is that can an individual take permission to trade or not !

haan aap ko jab time mile aap confirm karke bata dena :)

You can use other means of remittance....... LRS is one of the means available to Individual Residents....... Suppose, you are a Company or Partnership Firm or HUF, etc... there are other means of remittance available..... Similarly, as an Individual, if you don't want to use LRS or you cannot use LRS, as in this case, you can use such other means of remittance....

The difference is that..... with LRS the hassle is not much..... However, with other means you might have to go thru some hassles.....

I have some confusion with regard to these..... FEMA mentions we can invest in Foreign Securities......

And FEMA defines Foreign Securities as "any security, in the form of shares, stocks, bonds, debentures, or any other instrument denominated or express in foreign currency.........."

I am confused if Derivatives (Futures/Options) fall in the category of other instrument in this definition.....

So, I cannot say with certainty..... but I believe that yes, we can Trade them....

bhai It think it does fall into the category I have discussed this with others and even NSE have S & p 500 with DJIA to trade with them but the only problem I find remains margin trading because if I trade with them I am using leverage aka margin trading which is not permitted in LRS!
