Increased Heart beat and lost of breath

I am fighting with the markets since last 10 years but still can't win. Tried many systems, many methods, read 10-11 books and tried to learn from many forums but all in vain. Winning sometimes seems impossible.
I believe that you are one of those few Winners who are consistently beating the markets. I therefore request you to kindly Mentor me for one year if time permits. I feel many others in the forum will like to join and will not mind paying a price for taking your time and effort. Those who are willing to join, please click thanks button.

Yes.Round figures like 5800/5900 serve as supports and resistances as many keep their stops/ fresh orders at these levels. So prices bounce from these levels atleast temporarily. If I have to cover my short positions at 5800, I will keep the order at 5800.25 as many times 5800 order will not get a fill and prices bounce from 5800.10. You will observe this happening very regularly in the markets.

Started trading again from today

Though I felt a bit more comfortable, my heart didnt beat that hard, my mouth didnt went dry and my mind was a bit more relaxed then earlier; but there was a constant pressure a deep voice inside me prompted me to move SL higher and Targets lower which resulted in a loss of 15 points in 4 trades. Before taking the entry I am always thinking if this trade would give me a loss. At the end of the day I realized had I followed my rules I would have ended with a profit of +15 points.

Let see what happens tomorrow

I have started to day trade from yesterday, but I was uneasy during the entire process. i kept looking the price and was nervous. I had properly tested my sytem earlier and its has proper entries, exits ans Sl. Even yesterday was a good day, but I am worried about being nervous, my heart beat increased, I felt breathlessness and there was some mental strain.what to do? shall i stop day trading or its a maatter of first few days of trading and then I will become used to the pressure

I trade only with one lot of Nifty and I wont loose my daily bread if I loose my capital (1 Lakh)

d point I wnt 2 highlight here is no amount of hollow advice can motivate a person 2 attain his goal unless he is willing n ready 2 face d challenges ..now again how 2 face d challenge ?
in d abv xample dey shud posses certain skills like courage 2 defend demselves, equip demselves wid proper knowledge abt d jungle , jungle rules , weather , etc.
unles 1 is nt ready wid his personal skills , knowledge n positive approach...nothing can motivate u anywhere , anytime !

Keep low expectations in your journey for a couple of years as you are really not prepared with proper insights of this business.

Dear ST da thanks for your replies on my thread.

I have been reading your thread/posts from past few days and indeed hey are quite informative and I have learned a lot.

I wish I could have a mentor like ....

I have a small query answer if time permits...

Say i am trading NF 5 min TF and NF is trading in a tigh range of 20 points and I wish to go long/short on break of upper/lower boundary. Take three scenarios.

1. A 5 min candel breaks the boundary but closes inside the boundary. Say I have taken a trade on the break of boundary, shall I close my trade and is this method of taking an entry fine?

2. Market breaks the boundary with a strong bar, now where shall I keep my SL ? immediate inside the boundary or look for any other pivot or WRB types area

Same two scenarios for pivot breaks too...
