Bro as mkt is behaving there will b no surprise dow nikkie sensex n hangsang following them.now turn of nasdaq n nifty S&P already in three digits.Once if redemption pressure starts in MF all fundamental n other things will b on sie line n just shorters will remain in mkt Pray to god pls control it but he too short on nifty

One can be bearish or bullish. You were seeing the truth a year and half ago and turned bearish about the bulls rampage. What I would like to know is how did you come to the number 7500 for sensex. Once can't take any number out of his hat say. Can you explain the logic behind your projection. Would appreciate if it is very explanatory covering all the factors like looming world financial crisis,High P/E ratio's and low EPS of indian companies etc.,etc.,et.,.

I am asking you since I am just a student of the stock market. Would like to learn more from experts.

I am not an expert, just a learner trying to keep my ear open to different views based on data.

i wrote why i thought it would come to 7500 in the forum. i know it's difficult to look for it. it was based simply on the premise that in the long run stock markets will trace gdp growth. i knew what we are seeing is just the effect of hot money because i have seen this in 1998, when i was in east asia, things were strikingly similar.

Yr Sensex 8% Growth
2004 6000 480
2005 6480 518.4
2006 6998.4 559.872
2007 7558.272

I have given liberal growth percent of 8% even though i believed we would grow around 5% only. That is the best case.

i like days like these. market rocketing up, that way US markets were up yesterday when their gdp shrunk. there is a lot of time to pay the credit card bills, one could also live paying just the interest. eventually principle will need to be paid.
