I not take 1st trade as DVERL failure ...1st reason price actions not supporting its DVERL failure. look that b/o .also see total price actions it mostly looks like sideways ,...2nd reason mpl is far away from DVERL...I take DVERL failure trade only when it happen near by DVERL...
after that there is no need to look 2nd trade ...DVERL failure trades when triggers its go one way if trade failes then no 2nd attempt the same ....You must know failure trades are always counter trend trade ...Be cautious....

For DVERL. We use last immediate last 2 VPH's ...also it should from current trend...not many past Vps's ...I think you unnecessarily too interested in counter trend trades ...its not good as far as trend trader....better to avoid DVErL from your trades and concentrate to trade flawlessly using basic rules of trend trading....then time will teach you how can look dverl....
