For DVERL. We use last immediate last 2 VPH's ...also it should from current trend...not many past Vps's ...I think you unnecessarily too interested in counter trend trades ...its not good as far as trend trader....better to avoid DVErL from your trades and concentrate to trade flawlessly using basic rules of trend trading....then time will teach you how can look dverl....

1.looks like okey to me (am seeing it in mobile)
2.yes initially ...but when that bar(your 3rd mpl)then that high become VPH...after that when high breaks that mpl becomes VPL

No there is no short trade opportunity...when trend is UP we need mpl below VPL for short entry......Long trade seems okey for me if that is mPH

Your long (RED line) is correct if one trades as per this method....though I not take it when VPH formed ..I go @ VPH or new mph when It forms higher mpl
this type of pvt blw ERL always risky as its not closed blw ERL and it just touched below only ...we atleast need price stays blw ERL...

Avoiding trades when RULE is there for enter ....................
Always look price structure before enter trade when zigzag type actions seen....though we miss trade some times still its better to avoid ...
