I am trading in cash only...I like to enter F&O....but still now i never get clear picture...!!!

trade in cash market some years ...it is safe

what i am saying is Futures and options traded in some list of stocks it is available in NSE ALSO please take that list and select your choice on that
and trade only on that stocks in cash market it is safe ....

Ok, I under stand Futures...already trade in MCX...but Options is more confused for me...!!!
