technical rallies r part of correction
now all things depends on strentgh of general public and big guns who r thinking that correction is completed.

if this is a technicall rally we will see the level of 3950 in coming month.


other case, lets suppose we have entered in a buying mode then we r moving towards 5000 in coming 3 months.

lets come to extreme short term, mkt is in overbought conditionprofit booking of 70_ 80 points bound to happen in both case

over all if we r in buying mode we r not going to break 4345 in any case( in near future)

if we break 4320 then expect 3950 in coming day.
in my view one shud buy if mkt. comes down with the sl of 4319(spot)

over all expect profit booking in near futureand if we break 4320 then only expect crash.

Magnet Calls For Thursday

high was 4508, our res. was 4510

low was 4459 our suuport was 4460

it moved exactly in our res. and support level
as we said yesterday sell on higher level profit booking is expected it happened.

mkt. still in overbought position
if we break support of 4460 2maro then we can test 4400, break of 4400 will lead correction 4355.

so if mkt comes at these level be a buyer for the tgt of 4635 in coming days.

and on the upside res. remains at 4510, breach of which will induce further rally till 4530 or 4570

conclusion- if mkt goes up then be a seller at higher level
and if opens negitive(if dow closes in deep red) then buy on suuport level with sl of 10 points

if breaks and trade below 4355-4345 for 15 minutes then be ready for 3950 in coming weeks

it took once again supprt fronm 4460 our mentioned suuport level
and felt res. whole day at our mentioned res. level of 4510,

in a last half hour it beached the res. of 4510

now as we said that breach of 4510 will induce rally towards 4530 or 4570, we maintain that.

over all we may be moving towards 4635

now res has moved up to 4555 and 4570
and suuport on down side hs moved up to 4480

so be a buyer at support level with sl
and be the seller at res

frankly speaking, if i wud be on ur place, i wud book sell the put.

me think that mkt may be heading towards 4635 atleast(i am writing this from last few days in every post) and after 4635 i will be able to take call on that ,breach of high will tgt 4803 in near future,

another thing i have been saying that this is only a technicall rally, i still maintain that, though it can move towards 4635 and 4803

so over all mkt will be highly volatile in the month of august
