Nifty: Daily Price Analysis

My whole purpose of not posting is not to do with anyone's loss. I understand what you guys have written and take your views in highest regards. My point was that such feelings prevent 'me' from concentrating fully. Probably I am at fault and I need to change my thought process. I am going to venture into Portfolio Management in few years, hence I feel I have to change the way I think.

I am going for a nice 10 day vacation to Canada today. Probably, I will return with a better thought process and continue 'our' thread.

I think it is better to be bearish after NIFTY touches 5500-5550 range around. We are in the process of range expansion. When next down move happens, we may break those lows. All are used to tight ranges, which may not be the case in near future!

I think we are on track and would be touching 5500-5550 range soon (actual will be little less or more) soon. The best of my understanding, this would be good setup for a bigger market correction. It is a bit early to talk about it, still I think market would be touching 4400-4500 range after finishing this up move. May be, it is better to be cautious around 5500. I hate to hear if anyone calls this as prediction. I am saying this following chart and I can be wrong as well.

We would cross 5400 with gap up, I feel so as there are some resistances coming in around 5350 NF. Shorts would be flushed out with gap up open. Global markets are over sold, hence gap up is evident in near future.

Don't start counting your chickens before they are hatched. DOW & FTSE are still not out of woods. Reports coming out of USA about Job etc. are disappointing. Our own inflation, when comes next, will be more than alarming. Dow after yesterday's fall is still flirting with Red colour today also. No doubt big operators here want to scale Nifty higher but there is no support coming from elsewhere. Sustained upmove can only come if world markets don't falter which is highly unlikely.

After yesterday's fall, it is not expected Dow to do wonder today. I guess that will prompt more people to short tomorrow.

After 1-2 days of consolidation, Dow may help in crossing 5400.

Let's see how things work.

Anyway it is market, it can do anything. I can be wrong as well.
