SG Sir,
I have doubt in the table, pls. clarify..
Y.day "NIFTY FUTURE BUY SELL TRIGGERS SHORT TERM" table show as Closing 5030.75 B.HOLD with S/l of 5003. That mean today the S/L triggered and initiate short position, but in your latest update mention that 4963.00B.HOLD with s/l of 5019.00.
Please clarify

Hi San,

It Means If NF Hasn't Triggered SELL & S/L Has Triggered Today Then One Can BUY Again And Keep This New S/L If NF Moves Above The S/L By 12-18 Points.

Basically, It Remains Till We Get The Opposite Trigger.

Hi S.Saravanan,

BUY Had Happened Earlier On 2nd September @ 4614.45 Which Has Continued On HOLD So Far...Reason 'B' Is Put Before 'HOLD' Is Only To Indicate That It Is A Long Position.

Similarly, You Will Notice Only 'BUY' On 2nd September, Meaning It Is A Fresh Trigger For Short Term.

Now Coming To S/L Being Higher Than The Close.

Let's Assume Tomorrow NF Moves To 5030....When It Moves To Approximate 10+ Point Above The S/L That Is When One Holding The NF Will Be Required To Keep The Indicated S/L Of 5019.00

There Is No Hard & Fast Rules As You Will See At The Bottom Of The Regular Update....Depending On Your Risk Appetite One Can Exit At Any Point Either Taking The Profit Off The Table Or Loss.

There is nothing called rollover in options. You sell off the September call and evaluate whether the market will still go up, decide which strike price you want to buy and when you want to buy. Options are not buy and hold instrument unless the market is unidirectional.

Folks...

Keep An Eye On 4900CE October Series....

Ideal Entry Would Be On Break Of 4900

But Can Be Entered Between 4900-4910,

This Will Be More Like BTST....Then We Will Think On Tuesday What To Do Next...Considering Monday Market Is Closed....There Will Be Some Point In This Series...To Take Position In PUT.....Also...Therefore Entry Is For Those Who Have Sufficient Ledger Balance.
