Hi Krishna,

Ok, Here Is My Attempt To Make The Explanation As Simple As Is Possible For Me.

First The Pivot Points

You Have NiftyFuture Close As Referred To In My Post As NF

Then, The PIVOT POINT

Which Is Also At Times Referred To As The 'Trend Decider'

Thereafter You Have Resistances (R1, R2, R3...) On The Left & Supports On The Right (S1, S2, S3...)

All The Above Is Meant To Help An IntraDay Trader Be Mindful Of The Move & Basically Which Are The Places Or Points In This Case Where The Move May Encounter Some Obstruction...Like A Road Block.
Being Aware Of The Problem Areas Helps Traders Take An Appropriate Action On The Long Side Or The Short Side Whatever The Case Maybe, Also Helps In Not Falling Prey To The Human Emotions & The Noise Around The Trader.

On The Way Up From The PIVOT POINT The Road Blocks Are Called Resistances & Hence They Are Numbered As R1, R2, R3 & So On So Forth.

Similarly, On The Way Down From The PIVOT POINT It Is Called Supports & Hence They Are Numbered As S1, S2, S3...So On So Forth.

The Explanation Above Takes Care Of The First Part Of My Posts.

Let Me Know If You Have Any Query, Will Try My Best To Sort Them Out Further.

Second Part Of The Post....Will Explain, If You Have Understoood The First Part....So As Not To Add To Any Confusion.

Here Is Something To Just Smile...

If You Don't Understand Tell Me You Don't Understand, How Will I Understand That You Don't Understand, Understand...:)
