exited 4700 put at 20....!
entered 4800 call at 17.50...!

Trade was not going anywhere... so had to implement exit strategy...!

exited the 4800 call at 15...!
Had placed sl at 4800 put short at its HOD 81.5... got triggered...!
thankfully the move was linear...! 4700 call short rode till 38...!

Longed 4700 put at 38... rode it till 75...!

Shorted 4300 put Dec at 62...!
waited for retracement as every one was booking profit...!
longed 4400 put at 70....!

Now holding december 4300-4400 put spread at cost of 8... (70-62)
CMP - 22

Day is over...!

why JAN series...?
why such distant spreads...?

what is ur thought process involved...?

not sure about 4000 lvl..
but 5400 is quite achivable till jan.
.........Purely Personal view..........

But as said why Jan Series ??

Adding to Linkon's question:

Now you have entered the trade, what are your exit plans?

Will you add any more legs in this trade to give it more safety cushion?

I assume you would sit on this trade till Jan expiry... In that case you have locked around 35-40k for a return of maximum 2.5k...

Bot 4700 straddle nov series for 58...!

reason : avg range on expiry days is 70 to 100..!

4714 - 70 = 4744 tgt down side
4691+70 = 4671 tgt up side

exited total for 75...!

day over...!
