How does NSE work with the upper circuit limits for options?

At the start of the trade, the 4800 PE hit upper circuit at 64.75....a few seconds later, the circuit limit was raised to 100...& again a few seconds later, the circuit limit was raised to 125!:confused::confused:

exited 5100 put at 201...!

now need 65 from 5100 call.... and i'll take a bow for the day....!

Yeah... completely idiotic... I kept my 5000 PE @ 200 and it got frozen... later got rejected... In RKG this is a common practice... :mad:

Now when NF is at 5052, 5000 PE is at 131... so how come the high of 5000 PE is only 170.XX when NF's low was at 4951!!! :mad: It should be greater than 200... If you are allowing freefall in NF in the opening secs, why would you limit the value of options at your whim!!! :mad:

I love this 'relative outperformer' tag of Nifty... So even when it falls, it keeps the bogus status/title but gives the day-trader enough to trade for a living...
