Back-office of RKG is not accessible throughout the day (Sunday) from the website or even through the link given in ODIN. Am I the only one who is facing the problem or there are others as well???!!!:annoyed:

You Cann't login to their system on every Saturday & Sunday.

RKG believes in fixed income per unit. Their software charge is fixed per month, even if you donot trade with them. The F&O charge is also fixed at Rs.9 per lot on each side irrespective of the size of the trade.:clap:

how is their software..
how is it comparable with trade tiger of sharekhan?

RKG is the best for future & options trading till date compare to any other brokers. I am using there service since one month. Its too good. May be sometime there are technical probs but as overall aspects I m totally satisfied. I was also in same prob of 95/-+ taxes per lot of ICICI Direct. Due to which profit earning for dull market was very much problamatic. Since now I m using RKG it is very easier for me to achieve the profit 200 to 500 in single lot trade at a time as brokerage for only for 20 to 25 rs in total.

Any query you can surely revert. I am in options trade through RKG web based trade only.

no problem at all..here at traderji someone having accounts with 28 brokers ..

You can have any numbers of trading account. thats not a issue important is to manage them & utilise them fully.
RKG is best for Future & Options trade. If using webbased trading then you should have good speed broadband minimum 686 to 500 kbps so that you get good advantage while trading. Don't know about software base trade of RKG as still i m not in it.

Hi guys , got the welcome letter from them on email but it did not have the email address for the customer service nor does it have the number for custmer service and call n trade , hope memers will help me with the same , also if there is long hold time if u need to call to close a postion ?

Yes thier customer service is very poor.Incase if u want to square off ur position u have to call thier customer service where that madam will transfer the line to atleast 3 person.end of day we will end in loss which i have faced recently also.
