Before 1 hr back for 20 mnts my odin was not working and the biggest problem i faced is i called up at 022-42106666 (which was their customer service number given) noone picked up the call it was only ringing.THen i called up at 022-42106677 (technical number) it was also only ringing.Then 022-42105555 (mumbai office) someone picked up the call finally but without answering they disconnected the call....... Plz all traderji fnds plz advise me with any other number where should i have to contact ......Do u all faced this pblm 2day??????????????

Was not trading today as had to do some other work , where u facing any technical problems , if so than other members will confirm it .

I have not traded today yet. But ODIN got disconnected today. I didn't watched the exact time.
Always call at their Delhi head quarters rather than local office.

Yes they had some technical pblm.so odin was not working for 25 mnts.But was not able to contact any of their customer service.If i am not able to reach any of their customer service then how will i come to know whethere it is frm my end or frm their end???????? i am facing much pblm.before 2days back i got a 100% sure tips.i placed order in my bse a/c but it was not accepting though i had margin.Then i called their customer service dept in kolkata a madam received the call and she told everythingh is fine frm their end.then i asked for their survilence number she told everythingh was ok frm their end and disconnected the call.aftr that i called their delhi office and after 4 or 5 calls i got transfered to survilence dept.The person who replied told clearly that for that day i cant place any order in bse since they have some pblm.Even their customer service is not aware wht is hpng inside their office due to which as a clnt i am sufferer.Plz share me ur views..

They have only provided me to contact at 022-42106666 for any quiery.it is their centralised customer service department.

today i too faced the problem.the customercare numbers are supposed to be used when customers are facing trouble.but the biggest mistake they doing is they never attend your calls when odin is down.but they attend our calls when eveything is ok.i think they are using their cuscare lines for only sweettalk with customer like us with gals with honey like voice.

I do agree ur statement.The mdm who spoke to me was their senior as informed to me.if their senior is not aware then wht 2 say.earlier there was a guy in their mumbai office who was able to atleast reply and solve atleast within 10 mnts.but when i called their mumbai office they told me that he has left the organisation.he was very professional.

RKG is the best for future & options trading till date compare to any other brokers. I am using there service since one month. Its too good. May be sometime there are technical probs but as overall aspects I m totally satisfied. I was also in same prob of 95/-+ taxes per lot of ICICI Direct. Due to which profit earning for dull market was very much problamatic. Since now I m using RKG it is very easier for me to achieve the profit 200 to 500 in single lot trade at a time as brokerage for only for 20 to 25 rs in total.

Any query you can surely revert. I am in options trade through RKG web based trade only.

i am an active trader in futures and to a lesser extent in options. i am also using icici direct just as you did before. Their charges are too high. can you explain me ....
1. what are the monthly charges , software charges and charges per lot in RK global ?
2. through this forum i got to know that some technical problems with ODIN..is web based trading also allowed in RK ?
3. eventhough icici charges are more we can do almost hasslefree trade ( but on 7th of this month whole day was gone due to technical problem)
if RKG costs less and placing orders is also hasslefree then i will switch to RKG....please share your experience with RKG visavis icici

1) 300 pm software charges, Rs 9 per lot in FnO only.
2) ODIN is ok. sometimes problems but ok most of the time. web based trading is slow , I tried only once. so you can switch to RKG.:thumb:

I am also having ICICI Direct trading account but they are charging 95/- +++ charges per lot which is too high. If you squareoff same day then 95/- + 5/- +++ charges & if you square off next day then 95/-+ 95/- ++++ will be applicable which is too high in FnO trading. I opened RKG Web based trading A/c last month & going good with them. For Web based account they charge monthly 109/- (including ST). Brokerage is Rs.9/- per lot each side (purchase & square off) so your cost comes to Rs. 18/- & stt & other charges as applicable. In options trading it comes 22 to 25 one side which means Rs.50/- in total purchase + sale. You can refer my earlier post related to this where i had put my trade data too. Even if you have any query you can revert.
