I am also facing the same problem.none of their customer service department is responding back.inspite of paying them software charges we are facing such problem atleast twice in between 5 working days.

Yes, ODIN was not working from 11:00 to 11:06. Becoming disgusting.
The problem may be with ODIN also and not RKG bcoz one of my friend is using Religare ODIN and he was also saying that nowadays ODIN is posing too many problems particularly in connectivity.
Any user of ODIN from other brokers - please comment.

I have odin frm arihant and from angel.it is working fine.no pblm till day in anyway.It refresh much faster than Rk to be frankly speaking.

But I wonder why are u still trading with RKG when u r so dissatisfied with their service ?
And specially when u also use Arihant's ODIN, u r satisfied with them and in your earlier posts u said they charge less brokerage than RKG ?

To split my funds i trade with different brokers.Any problem sir???? And by the way it is my view which i like to share here.Thankz for ur advice.

Usually 0.02% ,rarely 0.01%. So around 150 odd.

HELLLLLLLLLLLLP!!! RKG Web Loads pathetically slow

Hi,

RKG Web based trading page loads pathetically slow, takes about 4 mins to just load!!! Am I missing some plugins or something? Does anyone experience any better performance? Is Diet ODIN any better than this?

Mine web based version is working fine. Your net speed should be good approx 386 kbps + to get proper & fast updates from RKG we based version.
