Perhaps the biggest drawback of RKG web version is lack to draw LIVE Nifty or
SENSEX charts.

I think it is quite apparent from the posts on this forum that for intraday trading RKG web version would be inadequate...RKG diet version seems to give some problems some of the time (might be true of other brokers as well)..but generally ok...

However web version seems to be ok for delivery based trading when every second may not count.

RKG fares unfavorably to others regarding customer care, trading calls. At the moment this may be excused to a certain extent if one keeps in mind while judging them that they provide the cheapest brokerage in the market. However this cannot count as an excuse for ever. RKG should improve on these counts as well.

I haven't read about any unfair practices, hidden charges etc regarding RKG on this forum, which is reassuring.

I should point out that this is the impression that I have got after reading the posts in this forum. I am not yet a customer of RKG. So i have not experienced their service first hand. Please correct me if you think my impression is not appropriate or if you have had other experiences.

For Nifty 5400 put option @125, I pay brokerage of Rs. 50 to Angel.

Not bad! If RKG keeps ditching me like it did today, I might consider switching to Angel.

My earlier exp with RKG (both from office for positional trades and from home for intraday trades) was good last year. After that, I stopped out for a while due to work pressure. But now, somehow it takes a while really to log on (from the office). But from home, this was fast as usual. I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with office net connection speed. But, might be some proxy setting. Let me check again!

Yes, experiencing problems daily for last 7 days.
Facing ODIN problem but able to log in to their website.
They should maintain their servers atleast. I don't need any other service/help from them.

Showing the trademark message - "Connection Busy Error (CheckConnectionIntegrity)"
Anyone else facing the problem please reply with your location from where u r logging in.

You guessed it right Yes, I am a RKG global client. However, dont trade with them often because of inefficient advisory calls, bad customer care & slow trading portal. Currently trades regularly on Angel Diet Odin trading portal as a consequence of its speed, dealer advisory calls & helpful branch manager. Cheers!

In which segment do u trade through RKG ? Equities or FnO ?
