Special charges
Call and Trade facility shall be charged at Rs. 25 per call
Physical copies of contract note shall be charged at Rs. 30 per contract. Courier charges extra

Software (Diet ODIN) Maintenance Charges (per month) :
For any one segment = Rs. 299/-
For any two segments = Rs. 499/-
For any three segments = Rs. 599/-
For any four segments = Rs. 699/-
For all five segments = Rs. 799/-
For all six segments = Rs. 899/-

Segments offered by RKG are :
BSE, NSE(Cash), NSE(F&O), MCX, MCX-SX & NCDEX.

*Service Tax @ 10.3% extra is applicable to all charges described above.

I have account with RK, Indiabulls, Icici. I am talking to Motilal, Angel, 5Paisa/Indiainfoline to see if any better service, rates. Till now, I find RK is best in brokerage. Few things to keep in mind.
1. Don't expect any advice, free tips, Intraday calls, research reports.
2. Don't expect all ODIN features working as some are disabled at server to save bandwidth.
3. Funds transfer is very good, even from ICICI. They are connected with HDFC from UI.
4. They charge for software.

If you are with ICICI/Motilal/ Indiabulls or anyone then also you are responsible for loss or profit. Then why not RK. They give you the right terminal and lowest rates. It's business decision. If you are not trader, then do ICICI, as it saves time to transfer funds both ways. Easy to manage with ICICI.

There are few frequent problems with RKG these days, usually in the afternoon, gets disconnected for about 15 mins.
Spoke to their technical head, told that some server side issues are there, will be resolved shortly.

Anyway this is the message given all the time

RK Global is good in terms of brokerage, can say the cheapest in the country. No hidden charges. Everything reflects in the ledger in the evening.

The problem of disconnections are still there, though improved a lot than before.
