I trade only FnO with them. Their charges are accurate and no hidden charges. Their back office is very much transparent.
But I face problems many times in connecting to their ODIN.
I'm with RKG only for brokerage & don't expect any more at this cost.
For charts (intraday & all types), I use Sharekhan's TradeTiger which serves my purpose well.

My suggestion is go for RKG cash segment if u r an Intraday trader with volume above Rs. 30K OR u trade in low priced scrips OR u trade in delivery basis for short term.
First go for Rs. 9 brokerage and after testing their service u may opt for unlimited 999 plan.

There is an alternative.RKG can use LOCK to lock the terminal
UNLOCK to unlock the terminal.In this way ,I think RKG can stop the
terminal getting expired.
I think earlier they used a system to bring LIVE by using to AUTHENTICATE
the password for prolong absence.

Their office man also said to me that the web version is slow,unless you have super-speed internet.(I have MTNL 512kbps plan).

That's why I am Choosing Diet-Odin.

Any more info. on that !!!

I also know that,the Odin gets down quite often :annoyed:
but for such a lowest brokerage ,its bearable :clapping:

For eg.
I can buy 100 shares of Bharati @ 300 and sell it @ 301 and still make a profit !!!:rofl:

Thats why I am choosing them !!!

Columbus u are abs. right..If they use lock..it could help us.
I was also not able to find any settings in which I can delay the expire session time.Like..only after 60 mins if screen is idle..then expire after 60 mins..even such a thing can help

Even in India Bulls, terminal automatically logs off if it is idle for 1 hr. There is no option but re-login. In Trade Tiger, there is option to select the number of hrs. I am still unable to make out in what way it is safe if the terminal gets logged off after exactly 1 hr. When the terminal is idle and unattended, any one can misuse it even after a minute of remaining idle; not necessarily after 60 minutes. I get irritated when I have to re-log-in after every one hr. Members, pl. correct me if I am wrong.

There is a difference between LOG-OFF and TERMINAL GETTING LOCKED.
Log-off means ,one has to log-in again and it will take a lot of time.(less than
5 minutes).Terminal getting locked means you are not out of the system and
plotting goes on as usual ,only thing is you can not place orders/modify them.
Unlocking does takes hardly 10 seconds.Moreover one can lock the system
after even 2 minutes also.

Dear Colombus
If you are using web based version then your net speed should be 750 kbps. Its my experience. As they are giving lots of things on website which you are getting on software so for loading & maintaining so many things make the site slow. So its better to have good speed. I m trading on there web version & i m satisfied. Even after giving so less rate for FNO 9/- per lot they are trying to give satisfying service.
