Is R K Global offering NSE's NOW software to Kolkata clients? It is listed in their download section.

NO, NOW is not ready for launch, I checked with them.

I opted ODIN version ,but could not use it after many trials.So I am using
Web version only.One has to pay 299/- p.m for ODIN version versus 99/-p.m
for web version.I asked them to put me for web version only.They replied
back saying they have already registered me to NOW.As of now it is
non-existent.There is no fun in registering and charging for a non existent
software.

Now is not offered by many brokers. I hear it have many defects.
RK claims they doing some testing using NOW but are not happy yet. NOW will be saving money for us at RK. If ODIN install is problem then you can install team viewer (available for download at RK site) and call support, they will take control of your machine and install for you. Team viewer allows to take control of machine remotely provided you give instance id. This is secure way of doing it.

At last ,RKG has woken UP, they changed the opening time to 09.00
from 09.55 (till yesterday),may be well after 8 months.

They used to notify MARKET OPENING:09.55 (till yesterday).
Silly mistakes count a lot.
